Why golfers stay with us
- Inside the gates. All our homes are inside the Quivira community. Course, clubhouse and restaurants are a short shuttle, not a drive across Cabo.
- No timeshare pitch. Guaranteed. You are hosted by a full Quivira owner/member, not a resort sales desk. No presentations, no pressure, just your stay.
- Room for the group. 2, 3 and 4BR condos and villas. Four to ten golfers, each with their own bed.
- 20% less than exact same home on Airbnb or VRBO. Same home, same calendar, no platform service fee.
- 25% off green fees, plus a free round. Guests of owners get the 25% Quivira green fee discount, and every 10 direct bookings from this page we draw one booking for a free round of golf (one round for one golfer, not the whole group).
- We are on site. Local team in Quivira for check-in and anything that comes up mid-stay.
Quivira golf, with your own home on the course. Play the Jack Nicklaus Signature course and stay a few minutes from the first tee. Whole home, full kitchen, resort pools, and 20% under the same home on Airbnb or Vrbo when you book direct with us.
Every home we manage is a golf home
20+ vacation homes, all inside Quivira, minutes from the first tee - from 2BR condos for a pair of golfers to 4BR villas. See all homes, or send your dates and headcount and we will come back with the ones that are open, with the direct rate.
Questions
- Tee times? We put you in touch with the golf club and document guest status for discounts and access. They handle times, rates and availability.
- Do we need a car? Most groups skip it. The Quivira shuttle covers the community, taxi or Uber for town. Many guests get a golf cart which is great for getting around the community.
- How far to the first tee? Minutes. The homes sit above the course and the Pacific.
Free round draw terms: after every 10 direct bookings made through this page (code WEB-GOLF), stays of 3+ nights, one of those 10 bookings is drawn to win one round for one golfer at Quivira Golf Club, played during the stay. You must book to be entered. Winner told by WhatsApp or email. Not transferable, no cash value. Green fee discount and course access are set by Quivira Golf Club and may change.
